What material is non-woven fabric made of?

Posted by Admin
The main material of non-woven bags is non-woven fabric. Non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which directly uses high polymer chips, short fibers or filaments to form a new type of fiber product with soft, breathable and planar structure through various web forming methods and consolidation techniques. It has the characteristics of short process flow, high output, low cost, fast variety change, and wide source of raw materials. In various business activities and exhibitions and fairs, it is an ideal advertising promotion gift for enterprises and institutions. Classification of non-woven bags Non-woven bags can be divided according to different production processes:
1. Spunlace non-woven bag: It is to spray high-pressure fine water onto one or more layers of fiber nets to entangle the fibers with each other, so that the fiber nets can be reinforced and have a certain strength.
2. Heat-bonded non-woven bag: refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt adhesive reinforcement materials to the fiber web, and then the fiber web is heated, melted and cooled to form a cloth.
3. Pulp air-laid non-woven bag: It can also be called dust-free paper and dry-laid non-woven paper. It uses air-laid technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses the air-flow method to agglomerate the fibers on the web-forming curtain, and then strengthen the fiber web into a cloth.
4. Wet-laid non-woven bag: the fiber raw material placed in the water medium is opened into single fibers, and different fiber raw materials are mixed at the same time to make a fiber suspension slurry, which is transported to the web forming mechanism, and the fiber is in a wet state. Down into a net and then reinforced into a cloth.
5. Spunbonded non-woven bag: After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filaments are laid into a web, and the web is then bonded by itself, thermally bonded, chemically bonded or mechanically bonded. The reinforcement method makes the fiber web into a non-woven fabric.
6. Melt-blown non-woven bag: Its process: polymer feeding---melt extrusion---fiber formation---fiber cooling---netting---reinforcement into cloth.
7. Acupuncture non-woven bag: It is a kind of dry-laid non-woven fabric. Acupuncture non-woven fabric uses the puncture effect of a needle to reinforce the fluffy fiber web into a cloth.
8. Stitch-bonded non-woven bag: It is a kind of dry-laid non-woven fabric. The stitch-bonded method is to use the warp-knitted coil structure to bind the fiber web, yarn layer, and non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) Or their combination is reinforced to make non-woven fabrics.
